Happy Sunday! I finally tried HotPod Yoga🧘🏼♀️ and “Wow” it didn’t disappoint, if anything it exceeded my expectations. I had heard many good things about it but until you’ve been you won’t fully get it.
Transport your mind and body away from reality and focus on you, your strength and your breathe. Relax into the 37 degree heat of the pod and enjoy your body. Work together with your mind and gently flow through the routines.
Be prepared to sweat buckets, so if you like to wear makeup when you workout, I suggest you don’t; even mascara. I don’t wear face makeup but I accidentally left my eyeliner and mascara on, I’d not wear it next time as I looked like an upset panda 🐼 Haha! Honestly, every single part of your body will slowly sweat, then turn into a stream. I was forever wiping my face and neck. I could feel my inner fat crying out! Bye bye to that! 👋🏻
Having tried normal yoga before I definitely preferred HotPod Yoga. I felt more relaxed where as normal yoga at my local gym leaves me more stressed, I think that was down to the teacher.
The instructor was amazing. Calm and collected he talked everyone through each exercise with ease and helped some people during the class. I felt comfortable In The pod. You can go at your own pace. Drink plenty water to stay hydrated, but you can step out if needed as it does get pretty hot.
On this occasion Bumble supplied some handy merchandise to prepare us for the session ahead. The lovely fan was very handy! A nice towel to wipe away my hard work and excess eye makeup and a few extras. Thank you! I even wore my cap on the way out!
At the end of the session you get a mini head and neck massage/pull with essential oils to help relax your mind and help you wind down whilst taking in deep breathes to relax the heart rate.
I could not recommend this place enough. If you have time to invest on yourself, your mind body and soul will thank you!
How do I sign up? I hear you ask? The details are below, there are a wide range of classes and times. I’d love to try out the different styles.
Thanks for reading!
