We are all entitled to our down days but sometimes in life you find yourself having more than just a down day here and there.
So what’s the answer?
Personally for me I try to keep busy.
I’m not saying this is the answer and if you feel you can’t get yourself out of your down spell don’t be afraid to talk to someone. Anyone, a friend, family member or a helpline.
Never be ashamed at how you feel. We re all human at the end of the day life was never meant to be a sweet easy walk in the park.
‘Do something you love’.
I sing and I started blogging. Music to me makes me get lost in a moment that I can control. I enjoy it. I’ve sang since I was little.
Why didn’t I do it more? Well, to live the performance dream you’ve got to really give it your all and sacrifice money and living. So, I do it to keep me sane. I record at home.
I haven’t performed in public for 3years now. CRAZY!!! I love the buzz it give you but I just don’t have the time. Excuses, excuses but I’m happy enough the way it is.
Blogging, well… I’m still getting into the swing of things so really I’m writing thoughts and hoping someone will read something and think, yup I totally get you. Or its just another thing keeping me sane.
So that brief aside I’d like to share a few ages from a little book I like.
I’ve had a little read through this wonderful mini book and I love it!
Perfect for a mini pick me up and its only £5.99. I bought from ASOS with a 25% discount! Absolute Bargin!
Thank you for having a quick read. But on a serious note if your ever down and you notice your not quite yourself and you feel like you cant speak to anyone please seek further advice.
