Ok so it’s December….What? 9days? Surprisingly I’m pretty much sorted but where has December gone?
Having spent so much time at home lately, since October after my surgery, I’ve totally lost track of time. Jeez so what have I done so far? Well I’ve watched a LOT of Christmas movies and ate far too much unhealthy food!
I’m in deep need of a Detox. Help me!
So my question is what’s your best Detox?
I’ve tried the Clean 9 – I lost 8lbs on this but obviously it’s not a long term nor is it a healthy option. It did make me feel full of energy! But if I’m being honest it’s proeebsbyl because I wasn’t filling my body with utter rubbish. Eating 1x 600 Calorie meal was hard in a day. But I made the most of all calories.
BOOTEA 14 Day TEATOX
I tried BooTea before I went to America back in June this year. I loved the flavours so gave it a 10/10 for taste. However you need to understand how your body’s effected by the night time Detox otherwise you may end up with a very embarrassing start to you work day. So please drink your night time tea within a sensible time limit to match your body matabilism. ( This is my advice not of the brand ) Everyone’s body is different. You are recommended to follow a healthy lifestyle diet whilst drinking this tea.
Overall, I would definitely buy this again for a quick fix and Detox.
This Detox can be bought on the high street for example in Boots or Holland and Barrett’s.
I dabbeled with juicing. I loved the idea of juicing but only drinking juice in a day wasn’t for me. I don’t mind having the odd juice to boost my nutrientsbut at the same time, I like planning and eating a healthy constructed meal with the correct nutrition values. Arrggghh! I know I just need to commit to a lifestyle change. I need to find my willpower which is somewhere I’ve just temporarily misplaced it currently.
So I’m interested.
